About the NDIS

Our History

Orange Plan Management is an experienced team led by Luke Shaw, who has more than 15 years lived experience as the partner and carer of a person with disability due to Multiple Sclerocis. Through this, he knows first-hand the challenges and frustrations that confront people with a disability.

In 2013, Luke helped to establish a specialist payment business for the medical and legal industries, ensuring service providers got paid on time while creating and nurturing productive partnerships.

When assisting family and friends to manage their packages, he sought to reduce the frustration and delays that formed a common part of their experience.

Orange’s team is connected through lived experience with disability and incapacity through family and friends, and feels strongly about doing things differently.
